3-10-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression has crossed Odisha Coast close to Gopalpur and moved Northwestwards and downgraded into a Depression over South Odisha, India. It is likely continue to move Northwestwards, cross to interior parts of India and gradually weaken. Monsoon is moderate over the the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T. During the past (24) hours, Weather have been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Shan States and fair weather in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were about January average temperatures in the whole country. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) each in Pinlaung, Loilin and Hakha, (4°C) each in Namsam and Pyinoolwin, (5°C) each in Heho and Moekok.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the North Bay and partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 29th January, 2015: Rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in the extreme in the Northern Myanmar areas.
