4-11-2025:  According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar has moved North-Northwestwards and now lies over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts. It is likely continue to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining  off and along Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and  Northeast Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States with regionally heavy falls in Mandalay and Bago Regions, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated heavy falls in Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Gwa (7.84) inches, Theinzayet (6.14) inches, Kyaukpyu (5.75)inches, Bago and Belin (5.39)inches each, Madauk (5.16) inches, Shwegyin (5.08)inches, Taungkok (5.04)inches, Kamamaung (4.15)inches, Hlaingbwe (4.00)inches, Paung (3.94)inches, Nyaunglaybin (3.78)inches, Moekok and Shanywarthit (3.74)inches each, Thaton (3.62)inches and Hainggyikyun (3.58)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
