Depression
According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Southwest Bay of Bengalhas moved West- Northwestwards and now line over Southwest Bay of Bengaland Adjoning West central Bay of Bengal .It is centered at about (735) Nautical miles West – Southwest of Coco Island and (805)Nautical miles West – Southwest of Hainggyikyun(Myanmar), (55) Nautical miles Southeast of Chennai and (75)Nautical miles East –NorthEast of Puducherry(India).
It is not moving towards Myanmar coasts, the present stage of the depression is coded yellow stage.

Depression is located at Latitude (12.5) degree North and Longitude (81.0) degree East, centre pressure of depression is (1000) hPa and maximum wind speed near the center is (32) miles per hour at (12:30) hrs MST today.

The depression likely to move West-Northwestwards and cross North Tamilnadu Coast and adjoining Sout Andhra PradeshCoastnear Chennai (India) around today evening.
