It is centered at about 645 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco- Island (Myanmar), 420 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka) and 605 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry(Sri Lanka).Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay,  partly cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West-Southwestwards and it is centered at about (730) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island, (840) Nautical miles West-Southwest ofHainggyigyun(Myanmar), (80) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka) and (225) Nautical miles Southeast of Karaikal(India).

It does not intend to move towards Myanmar coasts at the present stage and therefore the Depression is coded as yellow stage.

            The Depression is located at Latitude (8.2) degree North and Longitude (82.5) degree East, centre pressure of Depression is (1004) hPaand maximum wind speed near the center is (30) miles per hour at (05:30)hrs MST today.

 It is likely continue to move West-Southwestwards and cross Siri Lanka coasts at tonight.
