25-10-2025:According to the observations at 11:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards and further intensified into a depression. It is centered at about 330 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 530 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai(India), 540 Nautical miles Southeast of Kakinada (India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a deep depression on 26-10-2025 and Cyclonic Storm may form over the Southwest Bay and adjoining over Westcentral Bay of Bengal on 27-10-2025. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay, partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.9) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (36) miles southeast of Mawkmai), latitude 20.00 °N, longitude 97.96 °E, depth (10) kilometers, about (66) miles south-southeast of Namsang seismological observatory was recorded at (23) hr (16) min (51) sec M.S.T on 13th April, 2025.
