23-2-2026:According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely continue to move Northeastwards during next 24 hours and weaken gradually. Weather is a few cloud over the South Andaman Sea and North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

           A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (9) miles east-northeast of Taik Kyi), latitude 17.33°N, longitude 96.10°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (33) miles north-northwest of Kaba-Aye seismological observatory was recorded at (21)hr  (10)min (41)sec M.S.T on 23rd   November, 2023.
