26-6-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area has formed over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal areas of Odisha and West Bengal, India still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards across North Odiaha and adjoining West Bengal. Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.6) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (16) miles east of Yenangyaung), latitude 20.42 °N, longitude 95.12 °E, depth (20) kilometers, about (55) miles south-southeast of Nyaung-U seismological observatory was recorded at (13) hr (41) min (24) sec M.S.T on 25^th January, 2025.
