A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.4) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Sichuan, China), latitude 28.34°N, longitude 104.84°E, depth (47)kilometers  about (496) miles northeast of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (11)hr (16)min (13)sec  M.S.T on  16th  December, 2018.
