It is likely to move West–Northwestwards towards Sri Lanka during next 24 hours. Weather is partlyc cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.8) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (10)miles north of Hopin), latitude 25.13°N, longitude 96.54°E, depth (10) kilometers about (65) miles southwest of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (00)hr (07)min (06)sec M.S.T. on 02nd April, 2019.
