Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over South Bay of Bengal, a few cloud the Andaman Sea and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (8)miles west of Shin Bway Yang), latitude 26.69°N, longitude 96.08°E, depth (67) kilometers, about (118)miles northwest of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (09)hr (19)min (14)sec M.S.T on 26th  August, 2019.
