 25-7-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over North Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to continue to move west-northwestwards and further intensify into a Depression over West Bengal, India and Bangladesh Coasts during next 18 hours. Thereafter, it is likely to cross Genetic West Bengal, North Odisha, Jharkhand and adjoining North Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

EARTHQUAKE NEWS

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (15) miles east-southeast of Kalewa), latitude 23.14°N, longitude 94.53°E, depth (46) kilometers, about (63) miles west of Kanbalu seismological observatory was recorded at (11) hr (02) min (03) sec M.S.T on 21st May, 2020.
