13-9-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A Slight earthquake of magnitude (4.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (9) miles west-northwest of Taze), latitude 22.97°N, longitude 95.23°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (24) miles southwest of Kanbalu seismological observatory was recorded at (23)hr (37)min (14)sec M.S.T. on 9th July , 2020.
