19-2-2026 According to the observations at 15:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure over the Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move west–northwestwards towards Sri Lanka and further intensify over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean during next 24 hours. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and over the South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
EARTHQUAKE NEWS
A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.7) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (21) miles south-southwest of Chauk), latitude 20.63°N, longitude 94.68°E, depth (48) kilometers, about (42) miles south-southwest of Nyaung-U seismological observatory was recorded at (14) hr (37) min (02) sec M.S.T on 13th July, 2020.
