A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.9) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (5) miles southeast of Chauk), latitude 20.83°N, longitude 94.87°E, depth (49) kilometers, about (26)miles south-southwest of Nyaung-U seismological observatory was recorded at (04) hr (14) min (15) sec M.S.T on 12th August, 2020.
