14-7-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area has formed over the North Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal areas of Bangladesh, West Bengal and North Odisha, India. Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.9) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (13)miles south-southeast of Hta Man Thi), latitude 25.16°N, longitude 95.38°E, depth (82) kilometers, about (91)miles northwest of Katha seismological observatory was recorded at (11) hr (55) min (26) sec M.S.T on 18^th October, 2020.
