12-9-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.4) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (5)miles east-northeast of Mawlaik), latitude 23.65°N, longitude 94.49°E, depth (72)kilometers, about (41)miles south-southeast of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (11)hr (19)min (43)sec M.S.T on 16^th September, 2021.
