12-9-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days.

A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.6) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (16) miles southwest of Kani), latitude 22.26°N, longitude 94.68°E, depth (100) kilometers, about (74) miles east-southeast of Hakha seismological observatory was recorded at (00)hr (58)min (04)sec M.S.T on 8^thOctober, 2021.
