12-9-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days.

A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (37) miles northeast of Thabeikkyin), latitude 23.39°N, longitude 96.12°E, depth (9) kilometers, about (40) miles northeast of Kanbalu seismological observatory was recorded at (06)hr (55)min (38)sec M.S.T on 6^th December, 2021.
