30-6-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards across North Odisha and West Bengal, India. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.9) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (12) miles east-northeast of Kalewa), latitude 23.24°N, longitude 94.48°E, depth (81) kilometers, about (67) miles west of Kanbalu seismological observatory was recorded at (23)hr (52)min (21)sec M.S.T on 22^nd January, 2022.
