12-9-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days.

A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (3) miles south of Danai), latitude 26.31°N, longitude 96.72°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (73) miles northwest of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (01)hr (46)min (47)sec M.S.T on 12^th February, 2022.
