12-9-2025:According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area has formed over the Northwest and adjoining westcentral Bay of Bengal(Off South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh coasts, India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.7) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (16) miles southeast of Gangaw), latitude 22.10 °N, longitude 94.37 °E, depth (84)kilometers, about (61) miles southeast of Hakha seismological observatory was recorded at (13)hr (32)min (02)sec M.S.T on 23^rd February, 2022.
