12-9-2025:According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area has formed over the Northwest and adjoining westcentral Bay of Bengal(Off South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh coasts, India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.5) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (13) miles north of Sagaing), latitude 22.08°N, longitude 96.01°E, depth (4) kilometers, about (8) miles west-northwest of Mandalay seismological observatory was recorded at (14)hr (24)min (55)sec M.S.T on 28^th February, 2022.
