A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (22) miles northwest of Pongping), latitude 21.55°N, longitude 98.76°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (57) miles west-northwest of Keng Tung seismological observatory was recorded at (09)hr (56)min (45)sec M.S.T on 8th June, 2022.
