29-10-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm “MONTHA” over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and crossed Andhra Pradesh Coast, near South Kakinada, India. It is likely continue to move Northwestwards and downgrade into a Cyclonic Storm during next 6 hours and gradually weaken into a Depression during next 12 hours. Weather is a few cloud over the Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
A strong earthquake of magnitude (6.5) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Afghanistan), latitude 36.56°N, longitude 70.99°E, depth (185) kilometers, about (1624) miles northwest of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (23)hr (17)min (24)sec M.S.T on 21st March, 2023.
