A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.2) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Yunnan, China), latitude 25.15°N, longitude 99.63°E, depth (10) kilometers, about (137) miles east-southeast of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (21)hr (57)min (28)sec M.S.T on 2nd May, 2023.
