Weather is generally fair over the North Bay of Bengal, a few cloud over the Central Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Rain or thundershowers will be above normal in Northern Shan State, below normal in Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and about normal in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions and Kachin, (southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Kayah States.

Rainy days are expected about 7 to 10 days in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and about 3 to 6 days in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions.
