25-11-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca almost stationary still persists. It is centered at about 285 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Kawthaung (Myanmar), 55 Nautical miles West-Northwest of Penang(Malaysia), 250 Nautical miles East of Banda Aceh (Indonesia) and  465 Nautical miles Southeast of Car Nicobar(India).According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of South Sri Lanka still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and become Well Marked Lowe  pressure Area during next 24 hours and further intensify into a depression during next 48 hours. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Rain or thundershowers will be likely about normal in Taninthayi Region and below normal in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.

 Rainy days are expected about (1) to (2) days in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State and partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.

Night Temperature

Night temperature will be (1.5°C) below normal of January in Eastern Shan and about normal of January in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Northern and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.

Fog Condition

Foggy days will be expected about (7) to (9) days in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Mon States and about (3) to (5) days in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin State.
