Flood condition of Chindwin River

According to the (10:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Chindwin River at Phaungpyin has exceeded by about (4½) feet above its danger level. It may fall from the present water level by about (1½) feet during the next (2) days and may remain above its danger level.

According to the (10:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Chindwin River at Mawlaik has exceeded by about (4) feet above its danger level. It may fall from the present water level by about (½) foot during the next (2) days and may remain above its danger level.

According to the (10:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Chindwin River at Kalewa has exceeded by about (2½) feet above its danger level. It may fall from the present water level by about (½) foot during the next (2) days and may remain above its danger level.

According to the (10:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Chindwin River at Mingin has exceeded by about (2) feet above its danger level. It may continue to rise from the present water level by about (½) foot during the next (2) days and may remain above its danger level.

According to the (10:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Chindwin River at Monywa has exceeded by about (½) foot above its danger level. It may continue to rise from the present water level by about (1½) feet during the next (2) days and may remain above its danger level.

Flood condition of Thanlwin River

According to the (10:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Thanlwin River at Hpaan has exceeded by about (1½) foot above its danger level. It may continue to rise from the present water level by about (4) feet during the next (2) days and may remain above its danger level.

According to the (10:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Thanlwin River at Hpasawng has exceeded by about (7) feet above its danger level. It may continue to rise from the present water level by about (1½) feet during the next (2) days and may remain above its danger level.

Advisory

It is especially advertised to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas in Phaungpyin, Mawlaik, Kalewa, Mingin, Monywa, Hpaan and Hpasawng Townships to take precaution measure.
