3-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts during next 24 hours. Weather is few cloud over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the (09:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Thanlwin River at Hpasawng is observed as about (2½) feet below its danger level. It may reach its danger level during the next (1) day.
It is especially advised to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas at Hpasawng Township to take precaution measure.
