Low Pressure Area Condition
(Issued at (07:00) hours M.S.T on (22- 10 -2018)
According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the North Andaman Sea now crossing over Deltaic areas and it is forecast to move North- Nortrhwest wards .
General Caution
Due to the Low Pressure Area, rain will be fairly widespread to widespread in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Thaintharyi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States with isolated heavy falls .
Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (9-12)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts .
Advisory
Strong wind and heavy rainfall should beware people from coastal Rakhine and Deltaic areas , trawlers, vessels and ships off and along Myanmar Coasts are adviced to avert this conditions.
