According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely initially to move Northwestwards and further intensify into a depression over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal on (22.10.2023). Thereafter, it is likely forecast to move North-Northeastwards towards Bangladesh coast and adjoining West Bengal coast, India on (25.10.2023).
