According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over Extreme Southern parts of India, Comorin Area and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal and Sri Lanka now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of South Sri Lanka. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and become Well Marked Lowe pressure Area during next 24 hours and further intensify into a depression during next 48 hours.
