8-1-2026 : According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean has moved West-Northwestwards and it is centered at about 735 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco- Island (Myanmar), 250 Nautical miles Southeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka) and 455 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry(Sri Lanka).Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay, partly cloudy over the Central Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Malacca Strait still persists. It is may further intensify into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area during next (12) hrs and likely to move West-Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal on (29.11.2023). Thereafter, it is likely to move Northwestwards and may further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm on (1.12.2023).
