Low Pressre Cell Condition
According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Tropical Storm “BUALOI” has crossed over the internoir parts of Laos and then has downgraded into the Tropical Depression, Yesterday night. It has moved West-Northwestwards and has downgraded into a Low Pressure Cell over the boundary areas of Laos and Myanmar. 
Next 12 hours forecast
It is forecast likely continue to move Westwards and drowngrade  into a wind wave during next 12 hrs and it is likely continue to move over Shan, Kayah States and Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions, Myanmar.
General Caution
    Due to the reminant Low Pressure Cell, rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread to widespread in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States with regionally and isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States during today morning to 1-10-2025. Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 mph. Wave height will be about 10-12 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
