4-11-2025: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the well marked low pressure area over the Northeast Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts still persist. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining off and along Northern Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is cloudy over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

         According to the (06:30) hrs M.S.T observations today, the water level of   Ayeyarwady River at Magway has reached its minimum alert water level (410) cm.

          According to the (06:30) hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Chindwin River at Monywa is (99) cm. It may remain below its minimum alert water level (100) cm until the end of March 2020.
