3-11-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts during next 36 hours.  Weather is cloudy over the North Andaman Sea, Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy South Andaman Sea  and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Water level forecast for April 2019

       The water levels of Ayeyarwady river are forecasted to rise above the present water levels by about (4-6) feet at Myitkyina, Bhamo, Shwegu, Katha , Thabeikkyin, Mandalay, Sagaing and Myinmu, and about (2-4) feet at Pakokku,  Nyaung Oo, Chauk, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun. 

     The water levels of Chindwin river are forecasted to rise above the present water levels by about (2-3) feet at Hkamti, Homalin and Phaungpyin, and about (1-2) feet at Mawlaik, Kalewa, Minkin, Kani and Monywa..
