26-10-2025:According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and intensified into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about 410 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 415 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai(India), 445 Nautical miles Southeast of Kakinada (India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a Cyclonic Storm may form over the Southwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal on 27-10-2025, Severe Cyclonic Storm may form on 28-10-2025 and may cross Andhra Pradesh Coast on that night. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay, partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Southwest monsoon is likely to advance in Central and Northern Myanmar Areas

during first (10) days of June. A Low Pressure Area may form over the Bay of Bengal.

 Monsoon is likely moderate to strong in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Rain Conditions and Rainy Days

Above normal rain are likely in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and

Mon States, below normal in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions,

Chin and Northern Shan States and about normal in the remaining Regions and States.

Rainy days are expected about (20) to (25) days in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi

Regions, Kachin and Mon States and (6) to (12) days in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay

and Magway Regions, Chin and Nothern Shan States and (13) to (19) day in the

remaining Regions and States.
