30-11-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Srilanka has moved Northwards now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts. It is centered at about 775 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 85 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 135 Nautical miles North-Northwestwards of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely continue to move nearly Northwards parallel to Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Kayah State, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayin State, scattered in Magway and Bago Regions, Northern Shan State, fairly widespread in Kachin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Mandalay Region. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C)above May average temperatures in (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, (2°C) above May average temperatures in Ayeyarwady Region, Kachin, Southern Shan and Rakhine States, (2°C) below May average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region and about May average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Chauk, (40°C) each in Myinmu, Myingyan, Naung Oo, Minbu, Magway and Sinpyugyun. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Taunggu (2.59) inches, Singaing (2.53)inches, Paung (2.28)inches, Kyeikmayaw (2.17)inches, Tada U (1.57)inches, Matupi and Kyaukse (1.37)inches each, Natogyi (1.34)inches, Dawei (1.14)inches, Pauk and Maungdaw (1.10)inches each, Falam, Lunkyaw and Gangaw (0.95)inch each and Theinzayet (0.87)inch.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few clouds elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
