SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain has been isolated in Kachin State. During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Yangon, Bago, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon, (Southern and Eastern)Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 6°C below February average temperature in Rakhine State and 2°C above February average temperatures in Yangon, Ayeyaewady Regions and Northern Shan State, 3°C to 4°C above February average temperatures in Mandalay, Bago Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Southern Shan States, 5°C to 6°C above February average temperatures in Naypyitaw and Eastern Shan State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 4.5°C in Hakha, 5.2°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 6.4°C in Tiddim, 8.8°C in Heho, 9.6°C in Sittwe, 9.8°C in Myitkyina, 10.0°C each in Pyinoolwin, Putao, Loilin and Mongyang, 10.5°C each in Sinbyugyun and Mingin, 11.0°C in Gangaw and 11.4°C in Myingyan. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was 0.04 inch in Machanbaw.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
