BAY INFERENCE: According to the observation at (06:30)hrs MST today, the low pressure area over southeast Bay of Bengal move to Southeast and adjoing Southwest Bay of Bengal still persists. Weather is a few clouds over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENAING OF THE 10th NOVEMBER, 2017: Rain or
thundershowers will be scattered in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions,
Shan,Kayah and Mon States, isolated in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway
and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine and Kayin States. Degree of certainly is (80%).
Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at
times off and along Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama and Mon - Taninthayi Coasts. Surface
winds speed in easterly winds may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Seas will be slight to
moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6 - 8)feet in
off and along Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama and Mon - Taninthayi Coasts and (3-5)feet
in off and along Rakhine Coast.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Increase of rain in Shan and Kayah
States.
