4-11-2025:  According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar has moved North-Northwestwards and now lies over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts. It is likely continue to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining  off and along Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and  Northeast Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 28th February 2025: Rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
