BAYINFERENCE: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the northwest Bay of Bengal off North Odisha coast has moved west-northwestwards over the North Odisha coast. It is likely continued to move west-northwestwards and cross North Odisha and adjoining Jharkhand and North Chhattisgarh, India and gradually weakened during next 24 hrs.Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4th September 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing Regions and Kayah, Northern Shan States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Eastern Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in YangonTaninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Rakhine, (Northern and Southern)Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
