SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin States. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Yangon, Mandalay Regions and Rakhine, Northern Shan States, scattered in Naypyitaw, fairly widespread in Magway Region and Chin, Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were 2.36 inches in Tiddim, 1.57 inches in Belin, 1.18 inches in Chauk, 1.10 inches each in Aunglan and Heho, 1.06 inches in Thayat, 0.98 inch in Ye, 0.87 inch each in Pyinoolwin and Bago, 0.79 inch each in Naypyitaw(Zayarthiri) and Nyaung Shwe and 0.75 inch each in Pyay and Okpho.
BAYINFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Northeast Bay and partly cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
