SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Chin State. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw, scattered in Yangon, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Kayah State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Lower Sagaing Regions. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were 2.36 inches in Nyaung Oo, 2.32 inches in Hmawbi(Agro-Met), 2.09 inches in Pyinoolwin (Zeepingyi), 2.05 inches in Mong Kung, 1.58 inches in Shwebo, 1.44 inches in Mawkmai, 1.42 inches in Patheingyi, 1.34 inches in Kalewa, 1.30 inches in Magway and 1.22 inches in Mandalay(Aungmyaythasan).
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Southern)Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
