25-10-2025:According to the observations at 11:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards and further intensified into a depression. It is centered at about 330 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 530 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai(India), 540 Nautical miles Southeast of Kakinada (India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a deep depression on 26-10-2025 and Cyclonic Storm may form over the Southwest Bay and adjoining over Westcentral Bay of Bengal on 27-10-2025. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay, partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” over the South China Sea has moved Westwards. Thereafter, it likely to move Westwards and intensify into a Severe Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” during next 12 hours.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 21st October 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Northern Shan State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Southern Shan States, scattered in Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway,Upper Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Mon, Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Naypyitaw. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Naypyitaw, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwday, Taninthayi Regions and Chin,Rakhine, (Northern and Southern)Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Mon, Rakhine States.
