BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea, Eastcentral Bay and Southeast Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 31st October 2025:. Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State. Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region.
