SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Chin, Northern Shan States. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw, Kayah, Rakhine, Southern Shan States, scattered in Mandalay Region and Kachin State, fairly widespread in Magway Region and Kayin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Magway Region. Night temperatures were 2°C above November average temperatures in Magway, Upper Sagaing Regions and Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Northern Shan States, 3°C to 4°C above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Southern Shan States, 5°C above November average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 14.0°C in Tiddim, 15.5°C in Loilin, 16.5°C in Pyinoolwin, 17.8°C in Taunggyi and 18.0°C each in Namsan(Southern Shan), Heho and Mongyang. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were 3.54 inches in Thayat, 2.87 inches each in Yangon(Botahtaung) and Hlegu, 2.64 inches in Hainggyigyun, 2.43 inches in Yangon(Kaba-Aye), 2.05 inches in Aunglan, 1.97 inches in Hmawbi, 1.78 inches in Dedaye, 1.77 inches each in Okkan and Okpho and 1.61 inches in Paung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Westcentral Bay and Southwest Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 30-35 mph. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
