SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Chin, Rakhine States, scattered in Mandalay, Bago Regions and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Mon State. Night temperatures were 2°C above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kayah, Chin States, 3°C to 4°C above November average temperatures in Mandalay, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Southern)Shan States, 5°C above November average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 12.0°C in Hakha, 15.7°C in Loilin, 17.0°C each in Homalin and Taunggyi and 17.8°C in Pinlaung. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were 3.50 inches each in Mingin and Dawei, 3.15 inches in Kyeikkhame, 2.52 inches in Lashio, 2.32 inches each in Pathein, Hainggyigyun and Thaton, 2.05 inches each in Khayan and Paung Byin, 2.01 inches in Kawthaung, 1.97 inches in Chaungsone, 1.93 inches in Kungyangon and 1.69 inches in Yangon(Kaba-Aye).
BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts during next 24 hours. Weather is cloudy over the North Andaman Sea, Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 4th November 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kayah State, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway Regions and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Yangon, Bago, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Mon, Rakhine States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Occasionally squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
