BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Northeast Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts has intensified into a well marked low pressure area. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over adjoining off and along Northern Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is a few cloud over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES:According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Typhoon “KALMAEGI” over the Sulu Sea has moved Westwards still persist . It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may reach over the West Philippines Sea.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 5th November 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kayah State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Eastern Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Chin, Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing  Regions and Chin, Rakhine States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Occasionally squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 35 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 9-11 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Rain or thundershowers with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Sagaing Regions and Chin, Rakhine States.
