BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Westcentral and Northwest Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Land Depression over the boundary areas of Loas and Thailand has moved Westwards and downgraded into a Low Pressure Area over the Eastern Thailand. It is forecast to move Westwards and downgrade into a Low Pressure Cell and may cross the interior regions of Thailand during next 12 hours.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 8th November 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing Region and  Rakhine State, scattered in Mandalay, Magway, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Chin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 100%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 25-30 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Fairly widespread to widespread rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States.
